100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you're not happy with your custom song, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
How It Works
We stand behind every song we create. If you receive your custom song and are not completely happy with it, you can request a full refund within 14 days of delivery. There is no need to justify your reason — we believe you should only pay for something you love.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@songmade4you.com with:
- The email address you used to place the order
- The recipient's name (so we can locate the order)
- Whether you'd like a full refund, or for us to revise the song
You don't have to explain why. We'll process refund requests within 5 business days.
Cancellations Before Delivery
If you change your mind before we begin work on your song, we will issue a full refund. Once our team has begun crafting your song, cancellation is at our discretion — but the 14-day post-delivery satisfaction guarantee still applies, so you're protected either way.
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after we process them.
We'd Rather Make It Right
If your song missed the mark, we'd love the chance to revise it before you ask for a refund. Custom songs are deeply personal, and sometimes a small change — different tone, adjusted lyrics, a different arrangement — can transform the result. Just let us know what you'd like changed and we'll do our best to deliver something you love.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@songmade4you.com so we can resolve it directly. We'll always work with you in good faith. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.
